About me

I started my beauty journey in 2001 at Clarendon college studying beauty therapy. After qualifying I started my first full time job in a salon in Beeston called The Retreat. I moved up to manager where I had full run of the salon. I moved to Kent in 2007 where I became Counter manager for nails inc and the moved on to become counter manager for Clinique. I moved back to Nottingham in 2009 where my job got moved over to Clinique in Boots. After having children I decided to get back into what I loved and what I am so passionate about and that is Beauty. I retrained and took my time passing my qualifications in level 3 and also certifications in aesthetics. I am continuing my education and currently studying my level 4 and will progress to my level 7. 

Retreat & Glow Skin & Aesthetics Studio LTD was born and began with a passion for enhancing natural beauty and providing exceptional care. Located in Chilwell Nottingham, I pride myself on my personal attention and dedication to every client. With over 20 years in the beauty industry, you are in safe hands, and i ensure quality and integrity in all that I do. All I want to do is see my clients confidence come back and I take so much pride in making sure the treatment is right. 

My studio is a safe space for anyone and I make sure that every single client is comfortable and at ease before committing to any treatment. 

I know that walking in to anywhere new can be very daunting ( believe it or not I am the same), but I take pride in my care and thought into anyone coming to see me. 

From changing lighting or even to meeting with you a few times before treatment, I want to always make sure you feel safe and have all the information before committing to anything.
